Summary

Directs that an employee of the Airway Facility Division of the Federal Aviation Administration who is required to remain in an on-call status away from his duty post is entitled to premium pay at the rate of 35 percent of his hourly overtime rate of pay for each hour outside his administrative workweek that he is in the on-call status and not otherwise entitled to premium pay. (Adds 5 U.S.C. 5546a)
