Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to reimburse any State or local government expenditure for the protection of: (1) any foreign diplomatic mission in a metropolitan area having 20 or more such missions; and (2) any foreign official who conducts business in such a mission or in a permanent mission to an international organization of which the United States is a member. Limits the reimbursement for the protection of such missions to expenditures for protective services not routinely provided to other buildings in the area of such mission.
