Summary
States that if any individual dies, disappears, or is seriously injured under circumstances which require an investigation pursuant to regulation prescribed by the Secretary of the Navy, such investigation shall be conducted by the Judge Advocate General of the Navy in accordance with regulations. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 6035)
