Summary

Provides that an individual's entitlement to benefits under Title II (Old- Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act shall continue into the month of his or her death (or of the insured individual's death in the case of survivors' benefits) in an amount prorated to the number of days of the month which elapsed until the date of death.
