Summary
Marine Sanctuaries Study Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to study the most feasible and desirable means of establishing Monterey Bay, the coastal areas of Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties, California, certain portions of the tidelands, Outer Continental Shelf, and seaward areas of the United States as marine sanctuaries. Authorizes appropriations of $200,000 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
