Establishes the National Commission on the Use of Computers in Education to study the future use of computers in education and any effects on lifestyles, school financing and taxes, and teacher training. Requires the Commission to make a final report to the Congress and the President not later than one year after the date the Executive Director is appointed. Terminates the Commission 30 days after the submission of its final report.
