Summary
Relieves a named individual from all liability to the United States for a specified sum improperly paid by the Department of the Interior as reimbursement for travel and relocation expenses. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to such individual in full satisfaction of any claim against the United States arising out of improper authorization with respect to such reimbursement.
