Summary
Entrepreneurial Education Promotion Act of 1991 - Establishes the National Commission on Entrepreneurial Education to study: (1) methods of teaching elementary and secondary school students about the free enterprise system; and (2) current Federal and State efforts in entrepreneurial education, as well as similar efforts in foreign countries. Directs the Commission to report to the President and the Congress on its findings and recommendations for improving entrepreneurial education. Terminates the Commission after submission of its report.
