Summary
Increases from 60 to 150 days after the release of a railroad preliminary system plan the time allotment for submission of citizens' comments relating to such plan. Increases from 60 to 210 days after the release of such plan the time period for hearings and subsequent critique and evaluation of a preliminary system plan. Increases from 420 to 755 days the time allotted for preparation and submission of a final system plan pursuant to the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973.
