Summary
State Technical Services Amendments - Amends the State Technical Services Act of 1965 to make municipal governments eligible for technical services, and extends the Act through fiscal year 1979 by authorizing appropriations of $40,000,000 for fiscal year 1977, $50,000,000 for fiscal year 1978, and $60,000,000 for fiscal year 1979. Authorizes the Secretary of Commerce to establish a nationwide information system to provide data concerning each State technical services program and the establishment of regional offices to facilitate communications between States.
