Summary
Authorizes the President to provide for the mandatory allocation of plastic feedstocks produced in or imported into the United States. Structures the mandatory allocation program established under this Act to result in the allocation of plastic feedstocks to each plastics processor in an amount not less than the amount sold or otherwise supplied to such plastics processor during the corresponding period of 1973, adjusted to provid a pro rata reduction in the amount allocated to each such processor if the aggregate amount of such product produced in or imported into the United States is less than the aggregate amount produced and imported in 1973.
