Summary
Drug Kingpin Death Penalty Act - Amends the Federal Death Penalty Act of 1994 (title VI of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994) to eliminate a requirement that specified Controlled Substances Act offenses committed as part of a continuing criminal enterprise involve not less than twice the quantity of controlled substance or twice the gross receipts currently required for imposition of a life sentence in order to impose the death penalty.
