Summary

Prohibits any sale of certain main transcontinental rail lines which separates ownership of portions of rail lines from ownership of lands granted in association with such portions if: (1) such rail lines were constructed on lands granted by the United States specifically for rail line construction; and (2) a mortgage bond is outstanding which is secured by both the lands on which the rail line is constructed and other lands granted by the United States in association with such lands.
