Authorizes the induction of individuals, under the Military Selective Service Act, during the period beginning July 1, 1975, and ending June 30, 1977, for training and service in the Armed Forces. Provides that, on or after July 1, 1975, individuals may be inducted pursuant to the provisions of the Military Selective Service Act for training and service in the Armed Forces. (Amends 50 U.S.C.
