Summary
Provides that with regard to the disposition of judgement funds of the Klamath and Modoc Tribes and the Yahooskin Band of Snake Indians, as authorized by law, the final roll of the Klamath Tribe shall be deemed to include any member of the Modoc Tribe who applied to the Secretary of the Interior not later than ninety days after the enactment of this Act and who the Secretary of the Interior determines would have been entitled to be enrolled as a member of the Klamath Tribe but for that person's failure to file a timely appeal.
