Public Safety Officers Survivors Benefits Act - Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to authorize the payment of death benefits to survivors of public service officers who die as the result of a medical condition sustained while ingesting or inhaling a poisonous substance or while subject to extreme physical stress, on a single occasion or during a single event, in the performance of duty.
