Summary

Requires imported foodstuffs to meet inspection standards required by the Federal government for domestic foodstuffs. Authorizes the destruction of all foodstuff products which are imported contrary to this Act, unless they are exported by the consignees within a certain time or unless they are brought into compliance with this Act. Provides that a lien shall be placed against such articles where the owner had defaulted to pay storage, cartage or labor. Provides criminal penalties for violation of any provision of this Act.
