Summary
Requires the Secretary of Agriculture until July 1, 1975, to expend funds available for the encouragement of exportation and domestic consumption of agricultural products to maintain the level of assistance required by domestic food assistance programs. Allows the Secretary to use the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation for such purposes, if the stocks of that Corporation are not available.
