Summary
Air Piracy Quarantine Act - Amends the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to establish a minimum one year period with respect to a Presidential suspension of an air carrier's right to engage in foreign air transportation with a country which has been determined to be aiding or abetting a terrorist group which uses the illegal seizure of aircraft as an instrument of policy. Removes the present authority of the President to suspend the right of an air carrier to engage in air transportation with a country which maintains air service with a country determined to be engaging in such activity. Sets forth criminal penalties for violation of this Act.
