Summary

Oregon National Forest Roadless Area Resolution Act of 1981 - Designates certain national forest lands in Oregon as additions to the National Wilderness Preservation System. Directs the Forest Service to offset any resulting timber harvest reductions by: (1) intensifying forest management practices; (2) increasing the numbers of small salvage sales; and (3) changing timber sales contracts to increase the amount of wood fiber sold. Defines "expectable timber harvest" and "annually planned timber harvest."
