Summary
Requires the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation to provide insurance for any agricultural commodity in all areas of the country except for those areas in which the income from that commodity constitutes an unimportant part of the total agricultural income of the area. Increases the annual appropriation to $20,000,000 for the operating and administrative costs of the Corporation. (Adds 7 U.S.C. 1508(g); Amends 7 U.S.C. 1516(a))
