Summary
Reauthorizes the construction of the Glen Elder unit of the Pick-Sloan Missouri basin program in Kansas as part of the Missouri River Basin program. Stipulates that such project shall be constructed, operated, and maintained by the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with Federal reclamation laws and in accordance with the Federal Water Project Recreation Act. Stipulates that no project water shall be delivered for irrigation purposes for a period of ten years for production of excess crops except where so authorized by the Secretary of Agriculture. Authorizes the appropriation of $55,000,000 for the construction of the project.
