Summary
Allows grants to States of up to 70 percent of cost (now 50 percent) for statewide historic preservation plans and project plans. Establishes the historic preservation fund in the Treasury. Authorizes the appropriation to the fund for each fiscal year for fiscal years 1975 through 1979 of $100,000,000 in part from revenues due under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.
