Summary
Amends the Clean Air Act to prohibit after 90 days after this Act's enactment any gasoline retailer, refiner, distributor, or reseller from selling leaded gasoline at a price below that for unleaded gasoline. Prohibits after 1985 the selling of gasoline with more than 0.1 grams per gallon of lead or lead additives.
