Summary
Directs the Mayor of the District of Columbia to enter into an agreement with appropriate Federal officials setting the rates to be paid by the District of Columbia Government and other units of government for the delivery of water from the Potomac River through the Washington Aqueduct. Authorizes the inclusion in such agreement of terms and conditions which encourage equitable water conservation.
