Summary
One Seat Ride Act This bill requires the Department of Transportation to conduct a cost-benefit analysis that compares commuter rail passenger transportation services involving transfers with those not involving transfers. The analysis must consider economic, logistical, and quality of life factors. The study must also include an analysis of the New Jersey Transit Raritan Valley line during peak hours.
