Summary
Presidential Election Day Reform Act of 1993 - Establishes a single poll closing time (nine o'clock, eastern daylight time) for presidential general elections in the continental United States. Amends the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to extend daylight saving time to the first Sunday of November. Amends Federal election law to change the presidential general election day to the first Saturday in November. Directs the Federal Communications Commission to adjust the operating hours of daytime broadcasters by general rule or interim action.
