Summary
Authorizes and directs the Secretary of Defense to bring back the remains of an unidentified American who lost his life during the Vietnam conflict and to provide for the burial of such person in the Memorial Amphitheater of the National Cemetery at Arlington, Virginia. Authorizes appropriations in such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
