Summary
Entitles individuals who have been discharged from the armed forces under conditions other than dishonorable, and who are 50 percent or more disabled due to a service-connected disability, to post exchange and commissary privileges. Grants such privileges to unremarried surviving spouses of individuals, discharged under conditions other than dishonorable, who died from a service-connected disability rated as permanently and totally disabling by the Veterans' Administration.
