Summary

Amends Title II (Old-age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that the marriage of a child qualified for child's insurance benefits under such Act shall not terminate his or her eligibility for such benefits. Provides that an individual whose entitlement to child's insurance benefits has terminated on account of such individual's marriage prior to the date of the enactment of this Act may again become entitled to such benefits.
