Summary
Directs the Secretary of Labor to conduct a survey comparing the wage levels for occupations and skills in the non-Federal sector with the pay received by members of the Armed Forces engaged in similar occupations and skills and to submit to Congress a report on the survey results together with recommendations relative to the establishment of a permanent system for comparing non-Federal sector and military occupations and skills for purposes of pay comparability.
