Summary
Provides contract medical care to any person who divorces a member of the uniformed services on active duty if such person (1) suffers from a medical disability or condition for which treatment was provided under the provisions relating to medical and dental care for dependents of members of the uniformed services on active duty, and (2) such person is unable to acquire commercial medical insurance by reason such disability.
