Summary

Directs the Office of the Watergate Special Prosecution Force to submit to Congress a report detailing its investigation of Richard M. Nixon, such report to include the following: (1) the nature of each allegation investigated and a statement of whether, in the opinion of the Office, the investigation of each such allegation was complete; (2) the credible and reliable information which tends to either exonerate or incriminate Richard Nixon with respect to each such allegation; (3) the number of witnesses who might have information relevant to each such allegation and a statement explaining why any of such witnesses were not interviewed and called before the grand jury; and (4) information regarding specified tape recordings and documents. Directs the Special Prosecutor to publish as an appendix to such report transcripts of all of specified tape recordings which were introduced into evidence at any criminal trial and of statements made by Richard M. Nixon before a specified grand jury impaneled by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
