A bill to amend the Agricultural Act of 1949 to provide that the price of the 1984 and 1985 crops of soybeans shall be supported at not less than 250 percent of the level at which the price of such crops of corn are supported, to amend the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981 to terminate program payment limitations for such crops of commodities, and for other purposes.

Summary
Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to establish 1984 and 1985 soybean price supports at not less than 250 percent of the support price of corn. Limits any loan repayment period to a maximum of 540 days. Authorizes the Secretary to: (1) establish a soybean production control program; and (2) require participation in such program as a condition of price support eligibility. Amends the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981 to eliminate 1984 and 1985 payment limitations on wheat, feed grains, upland cotton, and rice.
