Summary
Made in America Clarification Act of 1995 - Defines the term "made in America or the equivalent thereof" for purposes of the Buy America Act and other related Federal law to mean an unmanufactured end product mined or produced in the United States or an end product manufactured in the United States if the value of its component parts which were mined, produced or manufactured in the United States equals 65 percent or more of the total value of all its components.
