Summary
Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended by the Food Security Act of 1985, to provide that the crop acreage base for 1987 and subsequent feed grain crops shall be the total number of acres planted to corn, grain sorghums, barley, oats, and rye in each of the five crop years preceding such crop year. Prohibits the Secretary of Agriculture from establishing separate bases for one or more of the different types of feed grains.
