Summary
States, under provisions of the United States Code relating to highways and donations thereto, that no law shall be construed to prevent a person whose real property is being acquired in connection with a project, after having been advised of his right to just compensation for his property and for any damages, from making a gift or donation of such property to a Federal or State agency. (Amends 23 U.S.C. 323)
