Summary

Help America Run Act This bill allows an authorized committee of a candidate who is not a federal officeholder to pay for certain personal use services, including child care and health insurance, if the services are necessary to enable the candidate to participate in campaign-connected activities. The amount such a committee may pay a candidate as salary is reduced by the amount paid for personal services.
