Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to utilize on a reimbursable basis the personnel and equipment of States and local governments in order to provide for the protection of foreign diplomatic missions. Extends the protection of the Executive Protective Service to all foreign diplomatic missions located in the United States, its territories, and possessions (presently limited to missions located in Washington, D.C.). (Amends 3 U.S.C. 202)
