Summary

Environmental Health Research Act of 1991 - Requires the Director of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences to conduct a research study (over a period of four years) and report to the Congress on the risks to human health from air pollutants. Directs the Director to conduct a program for the education and training of physicians on the health consequences of air pollutants. Requires the Director to ensure that information on air quality issues is made available to the public. Authorizes appropriations.
