Summary
Intercollegiate Athletic Integrity Act of 1987 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide criminal penalties for the corrupt giving or offering of inducements to individuals to participate in intercollegiate athletics. Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to terminate Federal financial assistance for any institution which has aided or abetted any individual in offering or providing such inducements.
