Homeless Veterans Housing at Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center Promotion Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to enter into an enhanced-use lease for a homeless housing project at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facility known as the Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center.
