Summary

Hawaii Rivers and Harbors Act of 1985 - Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to construct according to specified recommendations: (1) a flood control project on the Alenaio Stream on the Island of Hawaii, Hawaii; (2) a navigation project at Hilo Harbor, Hawaii; and (3) a hydroelectric power project on the Wailua River on the Island of Kauai, Hawaii. Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1985.
