Summary

Allows the Secretary of Labor to waive requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act in order to permit employment of individuals under 12 as hand harvest laborers for work paid on a piece rate basis. Limits such waiver to industries which would otherwise suffer severe economic disruption, to situations not deleterious to the laborer's health or well-being, and to a 13-week period.
