H.R. 1654 (98th)
A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide that a person who has not been married previously and marries a veteran who has a permanent and total service-connected disability after the disability is determined to exist shall be afforded educational assistance by the Veterans' Administration comparable to that which would have been afforded had the marriage preceded the determination of such disability.
