Summary

Prohibits any action taken by the President under the tariff adjustment provisions of the Trade Expansion Act from becoming effective until submitted to the appropriate committees of Congress in the form of a report stating the nature of the action and the reason therefor. Allows Congress to disapprove, by concurrent resolutions, the action proposed by the President. Sets forth the procedure for the consideration of such concurrent resolution.
