Summary
Requires the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to increase, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the monthly benefits and lump-sum death payments payable under title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act by the percentage by which the Consumer Price Index for the month of October 1974 exceeds such index for the month of January 1974.
