Summary
Amends the Solid Waste Disposal Act to prohibit the issuance of permits for the disposal of any hazardous waste on or into a landfill. Exempts from such prohibition landfill facilities for which a permit: (1) was issued before the date of enactment of this Act; or (2) is treated as having been issued under specified provisions for interim status permits.
