Summary

Provides that national banks, State member banks of the Federal Reserve System, State nonmember banks insured under the Federal Deposit Insurance System, and insured institutions under the National Housing Act may not: (1) deal in the lottery tickets of any lottery which is not operated or sponsored by the State wherein such bank or institution is located; (2) announce, advertise, or publicize the existence of any lottery which is not operated or sponsored by the State wherein such bank or institution is located; (3) announce, advertise, or publicize the existence of any participant or winner, as such, in a lottery which is not operated or sponsored by the State wherein such bank or institution is located; or (4) deal in bets used as a means or substitute for participation in any lottery.
