Summary
Repeals the provisions of the Foreign Assistance Act which deal with prohibitions upon assistance to Cuba and to third countries which trade with Cuba. Deletes specified references to Cuba in the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954. Repeals Public Law 87-733 (The "Cuban resolution" of October 3, 1962).
